## Ordering and delivery

Avoid distant group photos or photos with strong sunlight and harsh shadows. Once the portrait details are finalized, one third of the price is requested as a deposit. The portrait normally takes about 7 to 10 days to complete. The balance is paid after the client receives a preview photograph of the finished portrait. The finished picture is rolled up, placed in a waterproof plastic sleeve and hardboard container, and sent by post with a tracking code.
